About Sponsorships

Sponsorship of The Group Room and Advocacy in Action educational patient-driven content filmed at oncology conferences throughout the year is the backbone of our organization.

Sponsorship offers a high profile presence of our educational content at the conferences, within the videos themselves and  on our website.  As a sponsor, you receive the following at every conference you choose to support:

  • Support recognition with corporate logo at the beginning of each video produced at the conference for the lifetime of the video
  • Support recognition with corporate logo on each video page within TheGroupRoom.tv website for the lifetime of the video
  • Support recognition with corporate logo on all signage, flyers and programs created for the event
  • Support recognition with corporate logo in the digital newsletter when the content is released
