34th Annual CTRC-AACR San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium Dec. 8 & 9
The Group Room will be filming all of the latest news from the 34th Annual CTRC-AACR San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium on December 8th and 9th.
For thirty-four years, the symposium’s mission has been to provide state-of-the-art information on breast cancer research. From a one-day regional conference the symposium has grown to a five-day program attended by a broad international audience of academic and private researchers and physicians from over 90 countries.
This symposium is designed to provide state-of-the-art information on the experimental biology, etiology, prevention, diagnosis, and therapy of breast cancer and pre-malignant breast disease, to an international audience of academic and private physicians and researchers.
The Group Room will film more than a dozen interviews with doctors and advocates. Our purpose is to bring this news to the patients, advocates and caregivers in a format they can relate to and understand.
Our interview list includes: Jose Baselga, MD (Massachusetts General Hospital), Julie Gralow, MD (Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center), Robert Hiatt, MD (University of California – San Francisco), Eric Winer, MD (Dana Farber Cancer Institute), Joanne Mortimer (City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center), Hope Rugo, MD (University of California – San Francisco), Martine Piccart, MD (Jules Bordet Institute in Brussels), Clifford Hudis, MD (Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center), Carlos Arteaga, MD (Co-Director of SABCS / Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center), Ann Hutchinson, MD (Dana-Farber Cancer Institute) and Kent Osborne, MD (Co-Director of SABCS / Baylor College of Medicine.
